For so many, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum have become sources of great fear and hesitancy. There is a massive outsourcing of ancient wisdom embedded in the DNA of women, to “experts” and “professionals” who could not be further from the sacred Truth.
The time to reclaim the Rites of Passage is now, and it is in your hands.

I’LL WALK BESIDE YOU
I am Lara Lasky, mother, friend, conscious Birthkeeper and Holistic Sage for women taking the courageous leap from maiden to mother. I have traversed the medical system as a public health scientist. I have explored the “health and wellness” community as a Certified Holistic Reproductive Practitioner, and a Certified Doula. I have left my mark on that world through my bountiful Doula Agency in Chicago, and I have midwived myself into freedom as an Authentic Birthkeeper.
Now, I bow before you as a steward of the conscious movement toward integrity, radical responsibility, and sovereignty. As a mother myself, I know the immense power of having wise women by your side during the motherhood continuum - not to guide your journey for you, but you guide you back to your own inner-compass, your Divine source of Direction and knowing.
I offer conscious support for women in Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding areas and online anywhere, throughout pre-conception, fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond.

I offer a variety of supportive and educational offerings to help you uncover the inner-light of your deep knowing. From fertility support, to birth education, to postpartum planning, to birth debriefs - I will be with you through it all.
Hands-On Care and Bodywork
Reiki and Reflexology are core values of my loving practice, as I serve the women in my community physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I also offer in-home sacred postpartum care and radical birthkeeping.
Ceremony and Sacred Ritual
The Motherhood Continuum deserves more than study, education, and body-care. Each unique portal of the continuum is an opportunity for ceremony and ritual. I offer Closing of the Bones, Women’s Circles, and more.

Monthly visits for Trimesters 1 & 2, bi-weekly visits until 36 weeks, and weekly visits until birth. Apx. 2-hour sessions can include birth education, postpartum planning, addressing fears or concerns, psycho-spiritual support, bodywork, & more.

I am not a licensed or medical professional of any kind, and do not perform services as such. I support you in experiencing a truly free, autonomous birth outside the system.
Nourished Postpartum

In-home visits of apx. 3-5 hours on Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, Week 2, Week 4, and Week 6 postpartum. Visits can include bodywork, Closing of the Bones Ceremony, house chores, cooking, grocery pick-ups, newborn care support & education, breastfeeding support, bodywork, and more.
